Program Description:
Join the BABC for a fireside chat with Clark Hill lawyers Anthony Campau, Alex Perez, Christina Moore, and Manori de Silva.
Anthony Campau served as the former chief of staff and counsellor for the first Trump White House’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), which oversees the U.S. Federal Government’s regulatory and information policy. He also served as a Core Member of the Regulatory Reform Team on the first Trump Presidential Transition Team. Anthony, now a Member at Clark Hill and a Principal of Clark Hill Public Strategies, will share his experience and thoughts on potential policy impacts of the second Trump Administration.
Alex Perez serves as Member-In-Charge of Clark Hill’s Mexico City office and represents Latin American businesses and high-net-worth families with respect to their investments and expansion of operations into the United States. Alex will share his thoughts on the effect of Trump policies on U.S.-Latin American trade, including touching on the corporate and tax impacts of moving operations to the U.S.
Christina Moore serves as Member-in-Charge of Clark Hill’s Atlanta office and advises corporate and real estate clients on all aspects of real estate transactions. She will share her thoughts on how the real estate market will be impacted by the current Trump administration.
The conversation will be moderated by Manori de Silva, Deputy Chair of Clark Hill’s Transatlantic Practice.

Christina represents owner, developers, franchisees, property management companies, borrowers and lenders in the acquisition, development, management, financing and leasing of multifamily, restaurant, daycare/school, office, retail and ground up real estate developments.
